We ship within Australia only. 

How do I track my items?

Items are mailed with Australia Post daily on business days, usually the day after purchase. 


Your parcel has a unique tracking number, allocated by Australia Post. If you have paid by PayPal you will receive the tracking details via an email from Annie's Coats store.  If you have paid by bank transfer I will email tracking details once your payment is received and the item is ready to be mailed.

It is your responsibility to follow the status of your order once you have received the email with the tracking information.  Make sure to follow up with Australia Post if your item is held at a Post Office, or cannot be delivered for any reason.

Can I exchange my item?

What if I unpack my coat to find it is damaged or has a defect?
You must contact me within 7 days of receipt of the goods, with a photo, explaining the fault. If I am satisfied the fault is genuine I will happily exchange (if possible) or refund, it’s your choice. I will reimburse you for postage.
Perhaps it’s the wrong size.
The onus is on the purchaser to ensure the correct size is ordered. But I appreciate sizing can be tricky. For example, a size in one type of coat may be a different size in another type. Therefore, please use the guides on the website for each product. You will need to measure your standing hound with tape to ensure the right length.
If you want to return your item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. The coat should be in an 'as new' condition i.e. unworn, label intact, and no dog hairs - turn the coat inside out and remove the hairs with wide strips of sticky tape.
Some items cannot be replaced or refunded, such as sales items. For a knitted item (e.g., Kenny Kardy), it will permanently s t r e t c h to fit your hound’s shape, therefore I cannot accept returns.
Once I have been contacted and an exchange has been agreed upon, you need to return the item with a prepaid postage bag for replacement. Of course, if a refund has been agreed upon, you will be refunded for the item but not postage.

Do you make bespoke coats to order?

I specialise in greyhound coats that come in five sizes. It is not possible or practicable to make coats for other breeds as I only have patterns for the greyhound form. However, my coats do fit some breeds that have a similar form, size and a narrow neck.

"What are your opening hours ?"

I am often asked this question. But Annie's Coats only sells coats online. Our website contains enough pictures and instructions on how to order a great fitting coat.
